Dan's Quest For The Open Update 

Sit downs guys, its bad news…..Dan sadly failed to qualify for the open. He had a stinker at Woburn on Tuesday. It should be noted though that he was an injured man and actually soldiered on with a broken little finger knuckle that he obtained just two days before on Sunday. Luckily though there is a simple way to cheer him up…by booking lots of lessons!

The Mayor's Fundraising Events Calendar gets going with golf! 

Have a great evening with friends at the Academy. If you have never picked up a golf club before, then this is the perfect opportunity to give it a go. 

Come along and meet the Mayor on Saturday 16th July and enjoy the free use of the 24 covered practise bays (including clubs and balls) with fantastic advice from our PGA qualified golf pros, coupled with a steaming hot bowl of gourmet chilli with all the trimmings and a nice glass of Pimms! All for just £20.00 per person. Proceeds taken at this event will be shared between the Mayor's charities. 

Come along at 6.30 pm, for 7pm - 10pm to enjoy a fun evening. There's some optional team games and competitions planned including Longest Drive, Putting Skills Test, Closest to the Pin and Straightest Iron Shot so why not challenge your friends.
