Junior Taster Day 

This Saturday (6th August) we are running a free junior taster golf day. It's open to all children between 6 - 16 years of age. 

If you know of any children that would like to come and join in the fun, bring them along. The taster sessions start on the hour every hour.

Our First Junior Golf Match 

Tuesday saw us hit the very big milestone of holding our first ever junior golf match! 

Seventeen of our finest juniors led by newly appointed scholar and team captain Brendan Gibson took on the junior section of Test Valley G.C. 

Our team was sadly not victorious on this occasion but fun was had by all and Brendan made a wonderful speech thanking all those that took part and the hosts, Test Valley. 

It really does make us so proud to know that in just over a year we have encouraged so many young people to take up the game and discover the joys it can bring. 

We really do believe that by introducing so many youngsters to the game we are providing them with the opportunity to learn so many valuable life skills and form lasting friendships.


 

September Complete Golfer 

If you've not heard about our Complete Golfer programme yet where have you been, under a rock? 

Here's the lowdown; Complete Golfer is a coaching programme aimed at people new to golf and those wanting to improve. 

There are 21 sessions covering all aspects of the game of golf from course management, equipment to how to play, held throughout the month at various times of the day, meaning you can always find a session to join in with. 

All you have to do is pay £60 and that entitles you to join in as many or as few sessions as you like. So come and join in the fun!!
