New year, new opportunities!

Here are two useless facts followed by one very important one: Chinese New Year for 2018 falls on 16th February and Thailand’s New Year for 2018 falls on April 13th. But the most important New Year date of them all is September 1st when the new fixture list for the 2017/2018 season for WGA Golf Society is released!

We have a couple of dates and courses in mind to play, but before we finalise anything we would like your input.

Q) Would you like to travel further afield to try some courses outside of Hampshire?

Q) Would you like more social events/meet ups booked into the calendar as well? Dinner and drinks out? A game of bowling perhaps? Guest speaker events at the Academy?

Our 2017 Junior Championship, the real major of the 2017 golfing calendar is this Saturday. This is only the second year of our prestigious championship and already the current golfing greats, Rory, Justin, Henrik are saying they wish there had been an event of this caliber around when they were young, so they too could have been part of sporting history. I haven’t actually spoken to any of them so can’t confirm the above to be true but if they knew about it I imagine this is what they would be saying.

So don’t let your child miss out! There is still time to register. Call us straight away on 01962 885254 to get them a tee time.
