The Explanar Arrives at WGA

If you’ve visited the Academy in the past week you might have noticed our new training aid? It’s called The Explanar, you can’t miss it, and it’s all about making your learning experience even more intuitive.

The golf swing is hugely complex and the slightest shift in an endless number of factors make it hard to achieve consistency, let alone perfect.

With The Explanar, you’ll get to ‘feel’ the swing rather than over thinking it, and in turn this helps to develop muscle memory when you transfer onto the mat or the tee.

For the novice golfer it’s great way to start, and for the experienced golfer, it helps to visualise more advanced strokes.

To experience The Explanar, speak to our PGA Professionals in the Academy about building it into one of your regular lessons, or if it’s your first time, book a 45-minute Intro Session with the Front Desk, for just £25.

Junior Programmes and GirlsGoGolf

Our juniors will also get to experience their very own Junior Explanar during our junior programmes over the coming weeks.

Our new Passport Programmes start with a new session with Stanley on Tuesday 30th January.

The next Thursday Programme starts 1st February; and we are introducing a brand new GirlsGoGolf a week later on 7th February with Georgie.
