A new face at the range …

Please join us in welcoming Charlotte - our new Golf Services Co-ordinator. Charlotte has been part of the Hampshire Girl’s golf squad for the last four seasons and was selected to be Captain for Hampshire girls U18’s in 2019.

If you would like to learn more about Toptracer, book in for an Express Custom Fit or get your clubs regripped - just ask Charlotte!

Couch to Course is back …

Starting on Monday, 20 April at 6.30pm, you’ll have six weeks of getting to grips with the fundamentals before venturing out onto the course.

The £60 covers all six hours of coaching, balls, use of our clubs if you don’t have your own, a Toptracer demo and a Privilege Card worth £10 for when you want to go solo and practice on the range outside of lessons.

Three new putting clinics…

Did you know that around 40% of your golf score comes down to the number of putts you make on the course - around 35 to 40 compared to how many times you reach for the driver during a round. Really honing your putting can make a huge difference.

If you’ve met our PGA Pro James, you’ll know how passionate he is about the science and art of putting.

Join him for one, two or all three of his brand-new putting clinics coming soon.

Become a better putter is for you if you’re a golfer who regularly misses short putts or has too many three-putts. Cover the basics, understand your stroke and how to improve it.

Three Sundays - 1st, 8th, 15th March 2020 / 2.30pm - 3.30pm / £35 / 5 spaces.

Become a master putter is for you if you’re a golfer who is keen to understand the in-depth science behind the stroke, and how to build a reliable and repetitive movement.

Three Sundays 22nd, 29th March, 5th April 2020 / 2.30 - 3.30pm / £35 / 5 spaces.

Eliminate the yips is for you if you are one of the 37% of golfers who experience an involuntary movement (yip) at some stage in their golfing career. This class will teach you how to manage the yips, so you enjoy your golf from 40 yards and in!

One session - Wednesday, 22 April 2020 / 6.30 - 8pm / £15 / 8 spaces.

Get a grip

Our 2020 promotional campaign gets underway this week, we have teamed up with the #1 grip supplier Golf Pride to offer you a FREE re-grip on your 7-iron.

Take a look at your grips, you may feel they are ok but if you compare them to a new grip you will be surprised at the difference. Even though they may not look worn, grips get worn and a bit shiny over time, the consequence is that you start gripping the club harder which leads to poor shots and higher scores.

Choosing the right one

How much difference do you think the ball you tee it up with can make to your game? We know many golfers are sceptical when it comes to which ball they use, but it really is important that you use a model that helps rather than hinders you on the course.

Feel or distance?

Distance is great but surely you want a ball that feels great to hit too? Whatever your main priority is, we will have a model in the pro shop with your name on.
